From start to finish, Travis provided exceptional service. One of my favorite hosts, he was responsive and extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late without any additional fees. The check-out process was seamless, with easy-to-follow instructions that eliminated any stress. The property's location was easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth and issue-free. The property itself was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere that made for a perfect stay. The amenities, including the pond, kayaks, paddleboat, hot tub, pool table, and karaoke, were all fantastic. We enjoyed fishing at the river, where we even spent an entire day sleeping on an inflatable raft and watching the kids ride down the river. The canopies at the river were a great touch, and the nighttime fire pit with marshmallows and s'mores was a highlight. Given the house and property's vast space, there's something for everyone. With the casino just 12 miles away.

Travis was an amazing host and super responsive. Travis ensured that we have a pleasant stay. The property is amazing with a beautiful pond, a river and lot of flat land for you to play outdoor games. We enjoyed out morning treks in the property and the game room. A great place to spend the weekend with family and friends.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and even allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. There was plenty to do on the property, including access to a lake where you can go kayaking, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Sky Oaks River Ranch was an amazing stay
Sky Oaks River Ranch was an amazing stay with extreme privacy and seclusion while still close to the main road. From Fresno, this location is only 45min drive. The home itself is spacious and has tons of things for entertainment. Obviously, my family's favorite is the provided karaoke machine. Not only that, this property touches the Fresno river. This part of the river is super shallow and perfect for family hangout. Also, its only 15min drive to Chuckchansi Gold Resort Casino! Totally recommend and will book again in the near future.
